STEP 1
BRAINSTORM
In this phase we will listen to your ideas and needs, and offer creative solutions to make your dream home a reality. Together we will gather ideas, inspiration pictures/videos, and identify what your perfect house looks and feels like. We will use this information to generate the first draft.
STEP 2
FLOORPLANS
In this phase we will draft the layout of your home, creating a precision floorplan development for your project. Our team will identify and understand your vision to create custom designs that perfectly fit your lifestyle and needs. This will lay the foundation for us to design the exterior architecture.
STEP 3
ELEVATIONS
In this phase, we will generate the elevations in both 2D and 3D for you to start visualizing your project in real time. Here we will identify the exterior design including architectural finishes, roof style/pitch, color schemes and more.
STEP 4
FINAL DESIGN
In this phase, we will finalize your project by focusing on both the exterior and interior details . Our goal is reach this phase with your dream home design in your hands. We will present a final product to you, with photorealistic images, video and your construction documents ready for construction.
